All items will be securely packed. If any items are damaged or lost in transit you should make a claim with your local mail supplier (usually within 7 days of expected delivery date).

All items are usually (except UK Bank Holidays etc) despatched within 1 week of receipt of payment.

All items are sent by first class mail in the UK and mainland Europe, and second class to the rest of the world.

We can take no responsibility for items lost in the post, unless you specifically request Recorded Delivery (which must be pre-arranged and the extra cost incurred and added to the original order or sent separately before the order is despatched). These terms are not exhaustive.
